Glen F. Pastores is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at San Diego State University, his Master of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology at National University, and his Psy.D. in Organizational Psychology at Alliant International University, California School of Professional Psychology. Glen has over 15 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families dealing with a wide range of behavioral and emotional issues such as: oppositional defiance and conduct disorders, ADHD, depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, stress management, adjustment problems, and school related concerns. Glen is an insight oriented, solution-focused therapist. His therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. He integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion and understanding, he works with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing. Glen is also a professor of Psychology and the Lead Area Faculty Chair for the College of Humanities and Sciences department where he teaches. Conducting applied research and teaching the newest skills and techniques to future clinicians is a passion of his. Dr. Pastores is a Clinical Fellow at the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, a Thought Leader for Conscious Capitalism Inc.—San Diego, and is an active member with the Asian American Psychological Association.
