Robin believes that we all struggle at some point in our lives and that it takes a lot of courage to ask for help. She feels her own personal journey combined with her education allows her to assist clients in an intuitive way. Her genuine warmth and empathy naturally allows people to feel comfortable sharing their feelings in a safe and non-judgmental space. Her theoretical approach is to identify the root cause of the problem(s), identify and work with each personís strengths, and compassionately guide them toward insight and change. Robin uses many different therapeutic interventions, which she tailors to meet each clientís needs. Robin is passionate about assisting people through their own journey to heal and live a more joyous and authentic life. Having a background in yoga and mindfulness, a creative mind, and an exploratory spirit also shapes how she works with each individual.
