Elizabeth Duvall, Psy.D. is a clinical psychologist licensed to practice in California since 2020. Dr. Duvall earned a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Los Angeles hub. She completed her training and internships at The Clare Foundation in Santa Monica, California, The Farr Center in Los Angeles, and has worked at several private practices throughout the greater Los Angeles area. Since getting her degree, she has held the position of Program Director at Sovereign Health Substance Abuse and Rehabilitation Center in Culver City for 2 years, worked as a staff psychologist for the California Department of Corrections at Corcoran for 3 years providing treatment to inmates with a variety of mental health issues, and provided staff training on de-escalation techniques for those with mental health. Most recently, Dr. Duvall worked in longterm rehabilitation and hospice facilities providing mental health services to the geriatric population. She specializes in trauma/PTSD, uses an eclectic approach to therapy with emphasis on ACT, CBT and Psychodynamic approaches, and received her certification in Mindfulness from the Amanpuri Wellness Center in Phuket, Thailand. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling around the world, going to Disneyland, and rescuing/fostering feral mother cats with kittens.
