She received her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles, and her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Michigan State University. Kate offers compassionate, holistic, and multidisciplinary therapy with a focus on empowering individuals, couples, and families with her non-judgmental and warm style of connecting. Kate strives to assist clients in finding their personal worth and value by assessing their attachment style, family of origin, and old patterns of thinking. A passion of hers is trauma recovery and treating trauma issues with trauma informed care and EMDR. Outside of work, Kate enjoys running, surfing, arts and crafts, boating, traveling, writing books, and cross cultural missions in East Africa.
