About Noel Elmore, LCSW

Noel is an EMDR-trained Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing trauma-informed therapy to to adults and teens. She collaborates with clients to build a personalized strategy for overcoming barriers and getting to the root of the negative beliefs that keep them from living their best life. She specializes in helping individuals of all gender identities and sexual orientations to cope with relationship conflict, life transitions, grief and loss, and trauma. Noel earned her MSW from San Diego State University in 2010. Her clinical experience includes six years working with incarcerated service members as well as working with students, survivors of natural disasters, and survivors of childhood and relationship trauma. She believes in creating a space where clients can challenge themselves in a compassionate way to create sustainable change.
