About Pamela Sachs, LCSW

Pamela Sachs is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She earned her Master’s degree in 1984 from Boston University and was licensed in 1987. Pamela’s career in San Diego County includes working with children, adults, individuals and couples in a variety of treatment settings. Her work with an integrated behavioral health program for Vista Hill encouraged her to evolve her practice into a holistic treatment approach, partnering with her clients to move toward emotional, physical and spiritual health and well being.

She has an eclectic approach to treatment, meeting her clients where they are currently, and utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy, short term solution-focused therapy, family systems therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness and strength based practices to assist them in achieving their goals.
