Dr. Yuri Rassovsky works with adults dealing with various emotional challenges. He is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Board-Certified Clinical Neuropsychologist and has been doing psychotherapy, as well as psycho-diagnostic and neuropsychological testing, for over 20 years. He earned his undergraduate degrees in psychology and philosophy from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and subsequently attained a Ph.D. in clinical psychology at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Rassovsky also completed post-doctoral training in clinical neuropsychology at the UCLA Neuropsychiatric Institute and Hospital. Dr. Rassovsky has worked with a wide range of clients dealing with a host of issues, ranging from brain injuries and severe forms of psychopathology to milder forms of mood and anxiety disorders, and personal growth challenges. Dr. Rassovsky’s specialty areas include anxiety, depression, trauma or PTSD, OCD, and midlife transitions. His primary clinical orientation is cognitive-behavioral, while incorporating more eclectic aspects of psychotherapy. Along with these skills, Dr. Rassovsky offers an empathic, accepting, and supportive attitude to all clients undergoing emotional challenges.
